Rosemary Herb is an aromatic evergreen shrub which has thin leaves. Relatively hardy in cool zones, with good drought tolerance. Reaches maturity in its 2nd year with a life expectancy of up to 20 years. Rosemary does not lose aromatic character once dried.  Grows back vigorously after trimming, but generally not to hardwood.
